Herpes affects your life both physically and emotionally. You don’t have to face it alone. Visit Indy HELP – a support group for people like you – people who have herpes and can help you learn to live a happy and fulfilling life. Your life can improve after herpes!

The herpes virus is far more common than most people realize. Researchers estimate that some 30 million American adults have genital herpes infections, and as many as 100 million have oral herpes – that commonly cause “cold sores” on the lips or face. The epidemic rise of herpes simplex in the past decade has attracted the attention of the press from time to time. The stories have sometimes spread more fear than information and created more questions than answers.

For many, diagnosis with herpes can mean a time of confusion, anger, fear, and frustration. HELP IS AVAILABLE.

Local Secret Herpes Facebook Groups (HPV, too) are popular among the herpes community. Acting as its own container, only group members can see within the group.
